Return and exchange policy for sneaker boxes and legs
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will accept a return for refund for sneaker boxes and legs as long as the outside carton is unopened and the boxes have not been constructed. If you have partially constructed the boxes a refund or exchange will be up to our discretion and may only be partial.
All change of mind returns for sneaker boxes and legs will incur a $20 restocking fee and you will be responsible for postage costs to return your order to us.
Pre-shipment, we inspect each product for faults or damage to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. Any goods received damaged will require investigation and photo evidence to assess the issue.
All return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Unless agreed with Sneakerlux.

Once we have assessed and approved your return request, we will inform you of how to return your order/item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please ensure the goods are in perfect condition.
Refund payments
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
